Our offer

The accommodation offer of the Bed and Breakfast "Il Priscio" consists of two double rooms (also for single use) with private bathroom and balcony, which can accommodate a maximum of four people:

The room of approx. 16 m2, it is very bright and has a balcony with a table, overlooking Via Sigismondo Castromediano. It is furnished with a double bed with latest generation latex mattresses (160x190), a wardrobe with chest of drawers, table and two chairs, bedside tables, a large mirror. The room is also equipped with air conditioning / heat pump (managed independently), a flat screen TV (28") and a mini fridge, and free internet connection is available both in wi-fi and via cable.
In the private bathroom, located outside the room, there is a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer and personal hygiene products.

The room of approx. 15 m2, it is very bright and has a balcony with a table, overlooking Via Sigismondo Castromediano. It is furnished with two very comfortable single beds with latest generation latex mattresses (90x200), with the option of a double bed (for two guests only and with a minimum of two days), a wardrobe-wardrobe with chest of drawers, table and two chairs, bedside tables, a large mirror. The room is also equipped with air conditioning / heat pump (managed independently), a flat screen TV (28") and a mini fridge, and free internet connection is available both in wi-fi and via cable.
In the private bathroom, located outside the room, there is a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer and personal hygiene products.

In the common area, a table with chairs, an induction hob, a microwave oven, a moka coffee maker and a water kettle are available to guests, as well as plates, wine glasses, cups and glasses, as well as moka coffee, instant coffee, powdered chocolate, tea, chamomile tea, sugar. On request it is also possible to use the iron and ironing board.

Inside the rooms you will find everything you need: sheets, pillows, a 4-season duvet, towels, extra blankets and pillows, etc...
